Replace dated single keyless bulb with modern thin recessed can lights to light up a dark room  

Quick afternoon project to swap an old keyless single light bulb with modern wafer-thin recessed LED can lights. Dark creepy utility room lighting went from afterthought to intentional bright light. Took a couple of hours to complete. Even with limited attic access above, did all the work from in the room. Could possibly also duplicate project with no attic access above.
