Replace seat switch - 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Thanks for the video! I got it apart, took the seat switch out, fiddled with it, and got it working, so it lowered the seat down lower in the back. Everything is buttoned back up just right!

Thanks for the video and the watch-outs. I just bought a 90,000 mile 2015 GC Summit and found the passenger side seat switch pushed in like yours on your driver side. I found used eBay switches to be $49.00 and new parts are $57.00 to $73.00! I could not justify that cost on my GC, so I broke out the E6000 glue. I glued around those broken clip joints (poor design) and hit it with a heat gun for a minute to set it. Worst case is I have to cut away the glue if the switch ever fails, right? But for how much that seat gets adjusted, I doubt that it will fail before the rest of the car does. Love these Grand Cherokees, nice ride, great comfort, good MPGs, classy looks, AWD for winter. Carry on!
