I just changed the oil filter housing gaskets.I think I lost the oil ring that that goes in the hose that plugs into the housing. You said in this vid that you used an o ring from Harbor Freight. What size do I use until I can buy a new hose? Also, what goes in first, the o ring or the plastic ring. Thanks your vids are very helpful.
Hi Bennie G to be honest you probably have to order the whole hose. I ordered it online cheaper than if you buy it at the dealer. The gasket I used never really worked it worked for about a few days then it started leaking so I recommend you buy the whole hose thanks for watching and like always. I really appreciate you. Marty, the O ring fell out and I had to order a new one that will fit. Now the hose will not go all the way in (radiator side), even aligning up with the notches. Any advice?
Hi Fernie Gonzalez look inside the hose make sure the o ring and the plastic ring is in place make sure it sits in the little grove. make sure it didnt get stuck on the outlet from the radiator side hope you get it .thanks for watching i appricate you

I just changed my upper radiator hose and belt and tensioner but I’m getting leaks idk where from. It’s coming driver front tire and it only happens when I shut off the car and my coolant goes below minimum. I re clamp reservoir hose with a flat head clamp cuz the one that came with I had a hard time moving it. Idk what to do
Hi Ouday Azzam yes i always replace those shitty clamps good job on that. make sure your reservoir is not cracked. check your radiator and evaporator mine has two in front of each front wheel behind the bumper and wheel hope that helps you brother and thank you for watching i appreciate you

Hi boosie Parson what’s wrong is it to big now ? Cause that happened to me don’t know how it happened but wouldn’t go in too big ??? I ordered some oem and even bought a box of O rings but they just lasted a month or so ended up buoying the whole hose .
