Hi Could you tell me exactly what colors the cables of the indicator connection go from the scooter to the control unit? thanks. Because you seem to have seen that the green cable coming from the accelerator is put on its own.Instead, as regards the gray cable, it is connected to two other cables, one blue and one green. It's right?
How do you know when controller needs replacing? What type of symptoms would it cause scooter? Please help me because mine rides fine for 20 minutes, then it needs to rest. Then it works perfect again. Could it need new controller or throttle? Or motor?
daverobbo27 actually I do need help I just rebuilt my 49cc stand-up scooter it's a gas scooter and my harness is not going that well that I'm supposed to be thinking it's going and I'm down to the barring right now and I'm having trouble connecting everything together I did Mark it but the marks came out when I was cleaning the wiring cable connectors so that didn't go well so I'm back to square one if you have any suggestions or if you want me to send you some pictures please let
hi can you show me what blue &yellow wire connecting to the motor. i replace my motor but and i took wire off and forgot what red connect to yellow or blue?

I have an electric scooter Uber scoot 48v 12h 1000w maximum speed 35 km / h and supposedly I can do 20 km I bought it used the seller supposedly said new battery and new switchboard but it only makes me 1 kilometer after that it runs out of maximum speed you think it's normal or do you think I have to change the battery
The first thing to be aware of is that the cold weather badly affects the performance of lead acid batteries slowing down the chemical reaction within the battery so you should wait until the warmer weather until you make a judgement. The performance figures you are looking at are the manufacturers figures and are measured under optimum conditions.
@@facelessnomore I live in Italy and it's cold time the seller told me that I change the batteries from gel to acidic lead and I really see it and they are lead acid Do you think it could be cold if efficiency is low
This was more like a speed test than advice on replacing the controller, a total waste of time watching it, I’m as wise now as I was when I started looking at the video.
It's really not rocket science you need to just change the wires over one by one using OEM supplied controller. If you have disconnected all of the wires at once and them tried to use a cheap controller from eBay or some such then you will have a problem.
@@facelessnomore I'm well aware of that. I have a 1600W Powerboard that i am having a problem with. It turns on all the lights work, all the charge lights work but when I accelerate the engine just Shunts it will not run , like it just gets a bit of power then stops when you accelerate again it just shunts again. I don't know whether it is the controller orb the motor that is at fault. it was fine yesterday I put it on charge overnight and this morning the engine would not run. Any ideas??
@@Kilmoveebee If you get the phone number from our website (evoscooters.co.uk) and call Bob the engineer he will advise you. Sounds likle a throttle fault to me.
Hi I have a 2000 watt Evo King scooter and it cuts out when the battery is halfway down but comes back on as soon as I stick the charger in. Is this familiar to you?

@@facelessnomore On another note I think I'm doing yous some great advertising as everybody everywhere is asking me where did I get the scooter. Everyone is mad to get one. I'm sending the traffic directly to your website. Its a great scooter but there really has to be some better support for problems. Its hard when a customer can't chat on the phone etc you know. Perhaps it's due to covid idk.
Its easy what I did before I took my old speed controller out I hook up to battery n plug one cable in at a time to see the function n labled them then I took new speed controller that's already have tables on the n connect now mine is running like new
Whats the model number I need a controller for the walker same style scooter 2000 model but I received 2021 version that don't fit the connectors any ideas what each pin does?
The reason for posting this has been said many times. It was for a purpose, if it is not what you want then just move on without the need to make infantile comments.
This video is specifically designed for European spec scooters supplied by us in Europe. In this case for Finland as you will see from the title being in two languages. If your command of Finish is good then please feel free to prepare a soundtrack in that language.
I think you are missing the point here. This video has been posted for our customers suing parts and scooters we have supplied. On some controllers you need to match up symbols rather than words but I realise that may be beyond some people. On checking our website there is no record of you purchasing a controller or scooter from us so maybe you should be asking questions of who ever you bought the scooter or controller from.
