These window lock rods for Coldseal are superb. It took a bit of time to fit and i include some tips I learnt. When fitting the sliding rod into the window make sure you secure the screws fully. I found it best to tighten them all fully, so that the lock would not turn. Then back of each screw 1/2 a turn so the mechanism slides well. This will ensure the whole slider mechanism is fitting flush in the window groove. I found when fitting the striker plates I needed 1-2mm gap between the plate and the edge of the frame. Fitting them flush against the frame meant the window lock would not fully close. Also do one at a time and then do a test close and lock. Thanks for the Vid. I'd be grateful for any tips on the easiest way to make space for an inline gearbox which has been cut for an offset gearbox? I did one with a drill and multitool but was a headache
