Replacing a pressure relief valve 

This is a short Video I have done just to show an easier way to change a pressure relief valve in a pressure washer pump. Simple steps to take are as follows:
1/Undo the 2 allen key bolts and remove the metal plate.
2/ Connect the machine to water.
3/ Start the machine briefly so the valve pops out. You may need to squeeze the trigger of your lance. (Make sure you take special care that it does shoot up in the air and hurt you or someone else)
4/ Once it has come out, switch the machine off and turn off the water.
5/ Check to make sure that the hole is clear of any bits.
6/ Replace with a new Pressure relief valve and put back the plate and secure back down with the 2 allen key bolts.
