Replacing Ball wheel belt A-2 pinsetter 

Any time I ever had to replace a ball wheel belt, I would NEVER cut the old belt but rather would leave the belt intact so that I know what I need to remove and would work the old belt as I progressed toward removal of the damaged belt. NEVER cut that belt unless you are well-skilled in changing ball wheel belts!

We just use ez clips. Take new belt cut it run it through like you took the old cut belt off. Then ones its snaked back through. You take your vice scripts clamp the clamp in place then take the other clamp side and connect to to other side of belt. Clamp that down and your done. Takes about 5 minutes and no need to take any thing apart or other belts off.

That's like the long way to change that belt

What? No ball lift rod covers?

Question you said around the 1 minute 20 second mark that you have a modification kit on your belts what is that kit and what does it do

No lift rod covers ? What are the chains for ?

Removing the J-bolts will save you about 2 minutes. You don't have to remove the cross conveyer belts.

You put a new belt without taking the j bolts out

Clean machines. I love the Japanese pinsetters. You did not have to pull cross conveyor belts though.

Link belts are much more easier and time saving and last longer
