Replacing Outdoor Hose Spigots 

Great video! I have a leaky exterior faucet I need to replace, but it's seated in brick and sealed in with mortar. It'll be a 'fun' project for sure but your techniques will help me get through it!

Great video. If the quick-connect fittings have a shrader valve like an air compressor, make sure to remove them at the end of the season. If it gets below freezing and that valve doesn't drain all the way it could cause leaks when it thaws.

I think you'll come to really dislike the "shrivel-up" hoses as time goes on. It's possible these are gripes that I can't reconcile with what I use my hose for around the garden but.. The amount of water stored in the hose, after pressurizing it, is a bit of a waste of water (You could just turn off the water before you're done working and empty it out on the last bit of work you're doing) Finally, if the sleeve around the inner tube is not sturdy enough, you'll likely find out quickly enough as the hose will just break if there is any tiny fault in the stitching or uniformity of the sleeve - even a miniscule tear/deformity in the lining will be under intense stress from the pressure of the inner tube during use. Be very careful with the water pressure to get the most use of it!
