In this video, I will be replacing the door latch and lock actuator after removing the door panel and window rail. This should be the same for a tundra also.

Done! Thanks again, the part that I ordered did not have the electric par of the actuator, it needed to be transfered from the part that I removed.

I went thru several of these videos showing how to do this, yours is by far the best! Thank you! One question, you said you were going to lube the replacement actuator but didn't show how you do it. do you have a video for that? Of not, can you share your process?

I simply sprayed it down with silicone oil and worked it through and I only did that because it was a used part. If it was new I wouldn't have worried about it.

@@737mechanic Thanks, I bought a used one too, unfortunately, it does the same thing... Have to slam it to get it to close...
