Replacing the threshold on my garage door 

I would recommend adding a strip of wood to the top so the black plastic piece has some support. Good idea using the exterior screws into the concrete. Love concrete, no rot like wood.

Home Depot sells PVC Door jambs. I used that to replace my rotted wood ones at they worked great, and it was an easy fix.

In between the aluminum plate and the concrete step up put some of that caulking so water doesn't get in through, even though it seems tight. 👍good job man
