Thank you so much for the detailed vid! I have to replace the rocker arms on my 6.0, but it's almost at 250k so I figured I'd replace the springs as well. Couldn't figure out what the hell "Valve spring retainer keepers" were until I watched this. Cheers!

Hey was using this method with air compressor and I took the off and hook the tip back up and a lot of like moisture came out is that fine or no

If the exhaust springs aren't compressing at all then that means the valve itself is stuck a little open? Looked closed have the heads off

mines broke, i dont see the part in the middle

Do u have to have the head off or can u do this with it still on the motor
