That’s great but it would be amazing if you could include HOW to transfer from adult fare to youth/student without making the customer run in circles and go into a store. The inconvenience of this whole process is disappointing.
@@aerhn I had to go into shoppers, transfer the account, call PRESTO, transfer verbally, go back to shoppers and re transfer from youth to adult. It was ridiculous. There isn’t an option available online.
maybe im dumb but this did not help me 😭 i lost my card and reported it missing but i didn’t have a new card. i got a new one a few days later but it keeps telling me to report the card as stolen before i can take the next steps to transfer. but i’ve already reported it and now i don’t get the options to transfer it just says the cards been reported.
