Read gurbani, study and live by it. Joe’s work is not any different. Guru’s were intuitively aligned with universal message of Devine. His expression is scientific. Basic gll tn eh hai ki thoughts nu change krn nal feelings change hundiyan ne.... jo ki logical v hai.... But kyi vaar assi apne change hoye thoughts de utte trust ni kr pande kyuki... sadi reality sanu negativity dikha rhi hundi aa.... But jdd assi changa feel kr rhe hunde aa uss time sanu apniya positive affirmations te ykeen krna saukha ho janda ae... So both are important. Hope it helps 😊
