Romney said that endorsing Harris would really accomplish nothing. He's from Utah. His influence outside of Utah would have no effect and there's no way Harris would win Utah anyway. Romney said he wants to have an influence on the future of the GOP and endorsing Harris would jeopardize his standing with the GOP while not providing any benefit to her campaign. I still would love to hear him endorse her but I understand why he's reluctant to do so since there's really nothing to be gained from it.

Strange comment, when you think about the other candidate who talks his supporters into giving up their lives. Republicans died at a much higher rate from Covid because of his misinformation.
