This video will walk through how to set up Power automate flow to initiate request approval for a selected SharePoint List item. You can create the Power automate flow from scratch and add approval logic. Alternatively, you can use the Request Approval template of Power automate to achieve the same. This video will show you how easy you can configure and request approval templates and set up an approval process from a selected SharePoint list record. This flow can only be triggered manually for a selected SharePoint list item.

Hi your videos are very helpful. Learnt a lot. Thank you so much for the videos Request you to make a video where a sharepoint list which has one column accepting unique values should be updatable for other correspondent column value when submitted through power app form. For example Order number column..it should be unique and only one record can be created but all the other details of that order should be updatable/changeable anytime...if already there is such resource online. Please point me there

Unfortunately not. You can probably do a workaround for this. What is the business case?

@@KeaPointTechTips in my case I can add 100-200 different new items into the list at once, and want them to be approved together, rather than one by one. Receiving 200 emails with approval request for each is too much. Any work around for that?
