Requesting a Replacement from Upper Deck. Fair Compensation or do we get Screwed?  

It's always a risk when you request a replacement for a damaged card. A few months back I opened a hobby box of 2022-23 Upper Deck Series 1 Hockey. We pulled a 1:1152 odd Attacking Zones Alexander Ovechkin Insert. Pretty sweet hit, I'd say. And sure enough, huge scratch down the center of the card. Clearly something was missed in quality control. So I reached out and requested a replacement. 2 weeks later, and my package arrived. Let's just say Upper Deck customer service nailed it!!!!
