Requirements + Applying to Interstaff 

Hello! Interstaff offers premium filing for NCLEX and IELTS passers, but we aren't currently due to retrogression. Explanation: Premium Processing guarantees a response to your I-140 Petition within 15 calendar days. Once your I-140 is approved, it is transferred to the National Visa Center for processing, where you will be scheduled for an interview IF your priority date is current. Premium Processing does not expedite processing past the I-140 approval stage. The remainder of the process is dependent on whether your priority date is current. Therefore, Interstaff will only utilize Premium Processing when priority dates are current or near current.

Applicants must be a Registered Nurse (both BSN and Nursing Diploma accepted), currently work full-time in an acute care inpatient facility with at least 100+ beds, have at least 1 year of current bedside experience, have an active nursing license, and speak strong English.
