Brian is almost 30 years old. Hope he is living a great life with someone he loves and has kids of his own. His mom and dad I’m sure are happy he’s with them after this scary day
I was born 1 lbs. 1 oz., four months early! I am here because of gods grace and mercy, and I thank him every day! If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t even be here
All my kids but one was born in Vanderbilt and they saved 3 one at birth and two that a few months old. Love this hospital and the ppl that work there. There real life angels and heroes each and every one
My grandfather my father‘s father is the emergency technician that saved this baby’s life his name was Michael Clark he passed away in March of this year
I had the exact opposite issue. Refused to come out and they had to go fishing for me at 43 weeks. It's still a mighty struggle to get me out of bed before 10 AM lol.
I've seen a few of these where someone has to help with a birth and this woman did a particularly good job. She was scared, but she didn't waste any time in doing what needed to be done.
Good weight! My daughter was born at 33 weeks to the day weighed 4lbs 8 oz at birth but went down to 3lbs 8 oz in the hospital. She spent 1 wk in NICU. Other than hypoglycemia due to the Tributaline I was on for contractions at 4 months on she's great! She's 21 now n still very slim.
It’s been 25 years since this happened so Marcia is 43 now. Thank goodness Brian made it. I’m sure he grew up to be healthy and I hope he didn’t have complications from his premature birth. I was 12 days late for my birth and I came out backwards, too except I came out rear end first. That was 36 years ago and my mom had a cesarean.
Same with me, only I was 20 days late. My mom struggled to have me for two days straight. Lucky that my dad worked at a big oil company (Caltex, now Chevron)...because back in 1980 Cesarean was very rare in my (poor) country. Most women and children here died in that condition back then.
My twin brothers who are a year older than me, were both born 2 months premature. They were hospitalized for 5 to 6 weeks, but my mom & dad are very happy that they're alright.
My coworker had her son at about six months, I was the only in the office who knew she was in labour and I had to pretend I wasn’t freaking out all day. They’re both ok, he spent some time in the NICU but eventually went home healthy.
I had a very traumatic birth. My mom and I were both hemorrhaging, and I wasn't breathing. My mom and I both needed blood transfusions. They said I wouldn't make it through the night, but I'm here.
I was born almost 2 months early in 1978 (this would never have happened, probably just a decade later).. During the first 3 months My mother didn't know she was pregnant. She had a test done at the Doctor's office around a month and a half after not having a menstrual. The test came back negative. Then another month and a half of no menstrual went by, they did another test, negative, so they gave my mother drugs to start her menstrual... She started having severe cramping that night so she went to the emergency room. They ran a pregnancy test and it came back positive.. Despite them giving her drugs that could have aborted me, I was born at 5 pounds 2 ounces and healthy. I really only have a vision, slight hearing, and slight curvature of the spine impairments . This video made me cry.. God definitely has his hands on prematurely born babies
It’s been 30 years since this happened so Marcia is 48 now. My brother Andrew and his girlfriend Bree had a baby boy on December 12, 2022 so I’m an aunt now. His name is Carter Joseph Liotta. They’re just dating.
This is so beautiful...glad at the outcome, wonder how these people are doing right now. The baby must have grown up to be a young man now. I wish my baby was alive. But he's not. So I wish my baby is in heaven, hopefully waiting for me...
@@debibarrington8348 Thank you Debi. May God bless you with happiness and peace, too. I can't have baby anymore (lost both ovaries to cysts) but maybe I'll adopt one someday. 💜💜💜
I was Born premature 26 wks and I was 1lb 4ozs when I was first born May 3rd 1993 31 years ago I came from a mighty long way and I'm a miracle baby 👶 boy 👶 to my parents 👶
My Daughter was 10 weeks early, Emer. C-section, 2lbs 12oz. She works with animals and is a firefighter now, 27 years later...The Lord watched out for us, they put me in the hospital b/c they Thought I was Toxic. She was rolling over her cord, had been for at least a month, prior.
My grandma was delivered by her grandma in her own home. Her grandma was a retired nurse, and my grandma was going to be born before the ambulance came, so her grandma ended up delivering her just in time as the paramedics came.
A coincidence, as you can see my name is Sheena and my birthday is August 3rd, I am exactly to the day 10 year older than Brian and I have the same name as his grandmother who helped deliver him. ❤
I didn't come out premature or anything when born. I was blue when I came out because I had my umbilical cord wrapped around my neck. I essentially came out as a Smurf baby from using my umbilical cord as a noose while in the womb.
I was born 12 weeks early weighed 2lbs 1/2 oz then went down to 1lbs 4ozs spent aviit 4 months in the hospital became leaggaly blind in one eye but I'm a mama of 3 beautiful girls
Breech born babies are quite unexpectedly hard to deliver these days, because the obstetrician needs to spend a lot of time to turn them around before they come out of utero. 🤔
Momma Bear Somebody has to comfort the mother. The birth mother also plays a big part in the baby’s wellbeing. Besides, she’s a human too and a complicated birth can be extremely traumatic for a mother.
I was born a month late I was supposed to be born in June but I was born in May. I was 6 pounds 4 ounces 18 inches. My name means like silver or very holy one
