RESCUE HORSE GETS MAKEOVER! Fixing Run Down Hooves and Quarter Crack!

This rescued horse came in with short, rough front hooves and a hind with a quarter crack that needed fixing! For this case we floated the quarter crack and stabilized the hoof with a heart bar shoe, along with glue on front horseshoes to promote healthy growth of the hooves!

I feel like my horse is going to need some intensive work similar to this when I bring her to you, but I'm very much afraid that with her being so reactive, she's going to suck back and cause problems. Do y'all sedate before doing stuff like this?
