Um no, the parks in Mesa dont allow you to set up an account with an actual utility. They made me buy a trailer for 27k, pay 470 lot rent, and then my electricity bills for the park would be 400-1100. It's how they stole my house, evicted me without notice, never served me, and then told me if I came back to the park for my furniture I'd be arrested and charged with tresspassing. I went to trial over my title and paid rent while going to trial. They drove my bills up for 3 months straight and then supposedly evicted my for nonpayment. I wasnt served. I didnt know court was happening over my house. I came home from the mesa public library t ok a constable locking me out of my own home for supposed non payment. I still have the receipts. It thrust my family into homelessness with the clothes on our backs. It gave me 3 stomach ulcers trying to even get a hearing (which I never did) from a hospital bed CPS took my kids and drug out a case for 11 months. Man Arizona is a piece of work! Now my house is blue and a different family lives in it after I completely remodeled the home, completely rewired it with copper wire, new breaker box and breakers, new paint, flooring, kitchen, plumbing and bathroom. I wonder how much they sold my house for and didnt give that person a title either. Mobile home parks in Mesa are scams. It destroyed my family. My bills for a w bedroom trailer in October were 1100! My lot rent was only 470. So how when we are gone allllllll day at school and work in OCTOBER were we bring charged $630????? They constantly add new charges, up the lot rents for various reasons, tack on charges bc of sewer issues, and above all charge astronomical amounts for our electricity. I tried to bring this up with the governor, the city of mesa, the mobile home association, the mesa utilities. I told them all that the manager of the park I was at was not a certified meter reader and not even licensed to sell mobile homes and no one cared bc now my kids were in a foster home. My case was dismissed after 11 months, working 3 jobs, jumping through every hoop, bc I had a medical marijuana card for complex ptsd, severe arthritis in both knees from years of sports injuries and after my kids were sent to Montana with dads they had never met after 11 months if doing everything Arizona asked me to. I was court ordered 9 months of mandatory counceling. I was Not Allowed to discuss my house the entire case. In fact I was court ordered 3 more months for discussing my house every ptsd counseling visit. The case manager told courts "we arent getting anywhere with counseling" I was then told not to talk for the last 3 months only listen while my kids lived in a different state..... Arizona is destroying lives. Destroying families. I went to the hospital with 3 stomach ulcers, a hernia, gerd, all bc of this scam and within days CPS came and took my kids while I was laying in a hospital bed. My kids and I are forever traumatized. I had to work soooooo hard to fix my credit. No one would rent to me for 3 years. I finally just got a new house in Phoenix last week. After years in a motel. This constant scam runs peoples lives. I will never be the same. I cry everytime I talk about my house. In fact we dont go to Mesa AT ALL NOW. REAL TRAUMA. BOTH the dads gave me back my children. Oh I also had a religious exemption not to vaccinate so Mesa almost charged me with 2 felonies for child abuse and neglect. When I read scripture about Pharmacia they wrote in my reports that I was psychotically religious and dont celebrate holidays, birthdays, dont educate my kids etc. Which I'm not. I'm just a Christian trying to apply Gods teachings to my life and live Gods Will. Not humans policies and propaganda.. It's amazing how the people in power get lie about you and rewrite your story. Indoor MMJ grows require a ridiculous amount of electricity, so do server farms (bitcoin mining), all kinds of side jobs he could be making residents subsidize. It cost me over $800 just to have my moms A/C repaird thats a loy of money for a single mother of three special needs children on a budget tiny budget. Im just happy my tax refund hit the day before my moms AC crapped out. It crazy expensive.
Senior citizens can feel safe renting affordable housing for $549.00, trash, sewer and water included with only $40 SRP monthly expense. Affordable housing from the City and other landlords are found online. Is better because landlord pays all repairs.

@@laurieherman1215 There are many services that keep increasing and is worst for retired senior citizens living in a fixed income. I used to live in a mobile home, but with electricity and AC repairs costs increasing, I am better off renting affordable housing.
@@rimc8783 There is no way my almost 90 year old mother would want a swamp cooler attached to her home. The fact that upkeep on A/C untis are so costly and so are the hourly pay. No wonder so many die over American greed.
Here is a solution. The electric company finance n install cooling systems to people who qualify. The payments can be something affordable added to the monthly bill. Heating systems have been done like this in cold climates n it saves lives
There is help calling the utilities companies. The offer is to arrange total YEARLY electric expense and divide it in a same amount cost on monthly payment. The City offers financial assistance for utilities bills for the senior citizens on a fixed income. All information in for this help is found online including appication forms to apply and receive the benefits.
