After watching this I was able to get the message to go away and get it printing but toner is still looking wacky with a brand new toner. Thanks for the video
You may need a new drum if the print quality is still bad after changing toner cartridge. There are inexpensive options which usually work on ebay and Amazon.
Hi. I do not think it saves you faxes in the printer. If you scan something, it will be on your device that you scanned it to, not in the printer memory.
