Seriously this video made my whole day. I turned my 73 yr old father in law on to you and Dr Berry a few months ago after he was diagnosed with cancer that they say is related to his agent orange poisoning from Vietnam and has been traveling back & forth to Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland from here in Huntington WV. They just had to remove half his intestines and give him a colostomy bag and initially was not given much hope. However after several months if following the advice in all of you and Dr Berrys videos along with his chemo and radiation he is NED and has a promising prognosis and plans to continue eating carnivore way of life. I wish you could have witnessed him after his surgery at Cleveland clinic last week sitting in his room blasting all of your videos on his phone so loud the whole hospital floor could hear it and you wouldn't believe how many Drs and nurses were coming into his room asking him who he was listening to and writing it down so they too could follow you because they loved what they were hearing and he wouldn't let anyone leave his room without telling them all about you guys and how he credits you and everything he learned from you for the reason he made it through all the chemo and radiation successfully enough to be a candidate for that surgery as they were not certain that it would even work in which case he would have only been given months. NOW..he has no evidence of cancer. My family shouts to anyone that will listen to us how they need to go directly and follow you both and listen to every single video while cleaning, driving, working, or whatever they're doing. 😊😊😊😊😊😊 It's what i do! I'm doing laundry now and listening to one video after another whether I've already heard it before or not. You both are just so amazing ❤❤❤

Missed you guys. On day 30 of our 90 day carnivore challenge. I plan to go to Ketocon next year. I just love raw dairy and good aged cheeses. I have stopped the dairy since April 1st, 2023. I can't BELIEVE my joint pain has finally retreated. My broken back pain is 95% gone. I never thought I would be this pain free ever again. Doctors are all over me because my liver tumors are gone. My breats are clear. My diabetes gone. My eye doctor is smazed because at age 65 my eyes are now 20/20!!! My dentist of 20 years says my tissue is so healthy. Hes 70 and asked me what the HELL am I doing? I am eager to meet other carnivores. Its so sad I get asked out on dates and nothing can work out for me if they eat ultraprocessed foods, apcohol or take all sorts of prescription meds. You dont know how many people tell me , " I get all the excersize I need walking down my driveway". So sad.I walk 6 to 8 miles 3 times a week. I had a date with a man who I very carefully had already explained my carnivore diet to him snd how it healed me. He wanted to fix me a pancake breakfast. I dont eat breakfast, let alone pancakes cooked in seed oils with flavored corn syrup. Its like talking to a wall. Looking forward to socializing with folks who understand how life changing keto and carnivore is.

Neisha I made your amazing soup with sofrito and tomato paste. I heated up some today but needed extra protein so I scrambled an egg then poured it in the pot as I stirred the simmering soup. OMG so delicious. Thanks for the recipe.

Omigosh I want to hear what Dr Berry finds useful from grazing school with Greg Judy! I just found him. I live in a subdivision in a suburban city and only have room for quail for eggs & meat but I’m excited about how Greg Judy shares his wisdom. I tried lamb but it tastes weird to me. I wish grazing cows came small like sheep!

I do a 24 hr fast to reset. I have to also reset my mindset. So that's why the 24 hr fast . I also do bbbe for at least a week.

Omgosh me too. I hold fluid with rice. No rice one month now and I definitely look slimmer. I am Hispanic too, and love empanadas, rice, all the things. I make empanadas from scratch and the thought of never having them again is sad :( I just cant have the gluten and all that cause it will make me tank. It's so delicious though. Maybe just once a year 😂

How timely is this! On my elderly mom’s request, this was a pizza & cookies weekend. 4 lbs of water, inflammation, headache, brain fog, bloating. But it was fun, I enjoyed it and it’s over with now. I’ll try extra electrolytes to reset and stick with pure carnivore for at least a week.

I feel you!! When I eat anything with gluten I end up nauseous, IBS flares up, headaches, irritability, depression, joint pain, sleep disturbances and pounds worth of fluid retention with horrible bags under my eyes . It’s so not worth for me anymore 😮‍💨🤢😅 it takes me anywhere from a couple of days to an entire month to feel better again.

@Neisha I reset when I go off the rocker to avoid headaches and some other pains. I take 2 pills of vitamin b complex and 3 or 4 magnesium Bi-glycinate 200mg each) and 2 vitamin E pills, along with sometimes a 16 to or 21 hours Fasting. It helps out alot. Next day I might add a drop or two of electrolytes into my water.

Its just water retention from the carbs because glucose can not enter your muscle cells because of the high triglycerides from the fat you are eating. Thats how the Randle cycle works. Now if you ate low in fat then you would be more insulin sensitive.

I find the same thing when I'm struggling to fast to just have electrolytes. Controls cravings and helps my body to get in balance so i can really sense hunger. Thank you for that info.

My wife and I went on our first (blind date) to the Renaissance Festival north of Houston. I was told to not be so wild and my wife was told to up her game. We totally switched roles for that date. We have been happily married for 42 years. Tex-Mex Food is my Achilles heel. I cannot eat just a little. So, I have to stay away from it. I just started Keto this year and we went to KetoCon this year in Austin. What an eye opener! Thank you and Ken for your videos and books. P.S. I was born in Austin and my wife lived in San Antone for a while. Both are lovely places.

I needed to see this video today. We relocated for work and the food choices have been poor during all of that. I noticed not being keto-vore has caused me all kinds of inflamation and joint pain. Plus, I just don't feel good. We will be settled this week and finally will get back on track!! 🙌

Totally relate to this video right now. Cheated a bit last week and boy did I pay for it. My joint pain got so bad I was crying. My body is so swollen. I was three months carnivore and had healed a half a dozen different issues. Went to Mexico and after eating nonsense in a little Mexican village for 3 weeks half my issues came back so now I'm home and I'm back on the horse. Thanks for being honest that the carnivore police aren't going to put you in jail. But it was a cool experiment because now I feel empowered because I know that I can heal myself again. I'm 50 and have never had anything less than horrendous periods since I was thirteen and when I went carnivore I had two in a row that were absolutely painless like I didn't even know they were happening. The one I had in Mexico was awful. Arthritis in one of my fingers back, swollen bleeding gums back, it was incredible that within a couple of weeks everything went to hell again. I've been using Maria Emmerich's simple protein bread for hamburger buns and living my best life with bacon cheeseburgers!! 🍔🥚 🥩 🥓 🐟🧂
