The train, compared to a lot of other RE locations, just had its own vibe. It actually felt warm and cozy, especially in the save room, accompanied by the fast moving train sounds and the rain on the window. It was small and takes only like 15 or 20 minutes on average to get through, but it's a vibe
It' east to answer broh... They hate it because It doesn't have the fucking box to put all the items.. In my case I love that because it looks more real for me :)
As someone who played it recently the game is definitely underrated but god does it have issues, it was capcoms “experiment” game so yeah some thing were bound to go wrong but hey the save room theme was and still is fire
What I don't like in RE0 is how incoherent it is with RE1. At the end of RE0 Rebecca has defeated things that are worse than anything you can find in the Spencer Mansion but in RE1 she is just there sitting like a traumatized girl. It feels like RE0 isn't canon at all. The gameplay ain't that bad tho and monsters are kind of cool most of the time. I miss Billy.
It’s only been a year since I became interested in the resident evil universe... I’m gradually going through remakes and old parts of games) now I’m going through this part... and what I managed to notice is that each part of the games has its own unique OST theme in save rooms) always at the same time soothes and shocks these enchanting melodies against the backdrop of all the horror happening in the game!
Somehow this theme is calming when saving throughout the game on the Nintendo GameCube and hearing the clacking of the typewriter. The door to safety is gone, there’s no turning back now
I just remember being home sick from work. It was a cold, wet rainy day. I thought i'd play something different so started up RE0. Made me feel better. That was 4 years ago now, I still play it about 2 times a year.
Not hating on RE7 and RE8, Even though I dislike the way that RE is taking and I think it's losing it's story identity (not Genre identity) but I miss these old characters like Rebbecca and Carlos :( I hope they bring them back someday
I remember the times i played re0 at the age of 15 and i always loved going to save rooms just to hear that soundtrack, i even had this on repeat when i was either asleep, relaxing or when it was raining. Ever since i was 17 i always had this on when i come back home from school being really sad and tired in my room, it soothes me a lot as i played it from my TV, headphones or speaker. 19 year old rn and this still hits me til this day.
