When Tyrant breaks through the wall during the candle puzzle, that was for sure a terrifying moment in my childhood. I still remember that. Good lord lol

I think I just stumbled upon a very underrated channel. The videos are well-edited, its got humor and charm, and offers very detailed information for itsviewers. MORE PEOPLE HAS TO SEE THIS CONTENT!!!!!

In Germany this game was over months in the top lists of the PlayStation magazine under the alias "Indiziertes Spiel 2" ( it translates to something along the lines of "forbidden game 2"), because it was too brutal and on an index list of illegal games. I remember buying it "under the table" in a dedicated games shop back in the days, despite not even being 18 years old.

Also 2:17 this is where the RE trend of Helicopters and there pilots getting shot down started XD

I was like 13 years old or so playing this when it came out but I absolutely remember thinking the Leon Ada story was mind blowing. That final scene between them in Leon a was epic.

Another great video 😁 Leon's fight against the super Tyrant was hindered by that crazy magnum recoil, which is why I never upgrade it. Also, it wasn't a lava pit he fell in - it's a smelting pool where the engineers can make their own bespoke structures for the lab.

the gas you could use was part of the zapping system B.O.W gas in the Laboratory - If the gas was turned on in "A", enemies will become weaker in "A" only. In "B", the Plant 43 will become poisonous due to the prolonged exposure to the gas. If the gas was not turned on in "A", Plant 43 will not become poisonous in "B".

I do remember an April's fool when the game was released on the psOne when you had to meet some crazy requirements on the survivor mode to unlock Akuma.

Edit: first aid sprays beyond one will automatically lower your rank until you permanently bottom out on rankings I had a friend with me for my Leon A and he was the best for this classic game, his guidance was only specific in few places, grab kendo’s shotgun, avoid zombies to conserve ammo, basic tenets of survival horror (re2 classic was my third survival horror behind Biohazard 7 and re2make), from there I had to take tips on how to observe a room, to try and interact with anything I think I can, to play the game like somebody thrust into this location looking for something that you don’t know how to find, it was a truly awesome experience

An aunt gave me the money for this game in the States a say after a relatively decent bingo win. Cancer manifested a month later and claimed her after a bitter and anguished struggle. Small objects. Small actions. Important influences. Significant memories.

I just found your channel and am enjoying it so far. The only advice I'd have is that you should normalize the audio levels a bit more. A lot of the music and sound effects are a lot louder than your voice over. These kinds of videos are good to fall asleep to and that can kinda ruin it.

My own personal head canon is this: Tofu is the cop that shoots down the helicopter in the cut scene. He made it up to the roof.. but gets eaten.. you see?

I know this is crazy but when talking about Ada in Re1 you show a message from John with a password for her and the password is written in norse runes. So I translated. It says "mole". But, this is Re1. How long did they have the idea of Ada for???

2:00 That helicopter crash is just insane. Dude has an automatic, is firing at zombies right in front of him and doesn't hit a thing. Actually, that's not true, he hits the copter pilot even further away in the sky. How? How do you miss the zombies on top of you but manage to hit the thing further away in the sky? Like, there's rolling a 1 in DnD but something like this just doesn't seem physically possible. I want to see that cutscene from a different angle because I'm calling BS on it. Yeah, in a game about zombies and creatures with their brains exposed, the most unbelievable thing is that shot.

Love these retrospectives man. RE2 is one of my favs but the boss fights aren't perfection so it's a 9.5/10 for me

This is what I liked about the original! I don't like not only the Layout Design change in the Remake (except adding a bathroom after the mistake that was made in the original), not even retaining the old Design of the factory areas up to the front of the Lab Office which was SHOWN IN RESIDENT EVIL 0!... But the story events don't seem to match up. Which what I liked about the original, how both Leon's and Claire's stories are happening in the same time. The story in the Remake gets confusing when you encounter William in his G3 form: Where was Leon when Claire was fighting this Version of William or where was Claire when Leon was fighting this Version of William and how did Annette die based on if you played as Leon or Claire first? And why couldn't the Remakers get Claire and Sherry's original outfit and Mr. X's face right!? Personally I like the Claire A and Leon B better because not only it's canon and Ada's... supposed end was more emotional, but Leon would be the one to finish off William in his "final form"! 12:39- Mr. X: Hi.

So what's your thoughts on the remake do you have any positives and negatives about the remake or people being overly critical on the remake story compared to the original? What about Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 4 remake I would like to hear your opinion on those?

I know you're being sarcastic at the beginning, but haha I never thought of Leon living an hour or two away from the city. He was fresh out of the academy and I'm almost certain that they would posted him in a city where they needed more cops. That being said, I'm sure he was just moving there, first day on the job.
