I accidentally stumbled onto S+ hardcore with Clare at like 2 hours 27 minutes. Got to the orphanage with a bit under an hour and a half play time and I was like “screw it here we go.”
If you start the game with Claire A and this plays ... it makes sense that it sounds maybe a bit less urgent than Leon's escape theme, "Collapse," since Claire and Sherry did reach the exit train way before Leon did
I actually like this theme a bit more than the Leon Version for the simple fact that it actually has a bit of the old "Escape from the Laboratory" theme from the original
The more electronic aspects of the song emphasize the intensity and urgency of the scene, while the piano seems like it emphasizes the sadness Sherry feels, she lost everything doesn't want to die
Oh my. I played RE2:RE for hundreds of hours, opened all achievements, but I never played it without original OST... Now I think I should give it a go. :]
@@MalfunctioningAndroid tbf in the remake they are going for more subtle music and more ambient sounds than just memorable sounds thats why mostly you only hear the tracks only once
I like Leon's theme, but I think Claire's theme has more emotion in it. His is, "I'm running out of time!" But hers is, "Whatever happens, I will save you." Because Claire isn't just thinking about herself, she's going to make sure Sherry gets out too. Which is why her is theme is more meaningful to me.
It is based on the two different perspectives, Leon's is essentially a lone exposition, he doesn't even realise Claire is still around in the end stage. Claire's story was guardian of Sherry, that is why. The Music partners the story, if Leon was the guardian it would have had that. But Leon's story is specifically a rookie finding his way.
PopcornEgg Lol? So because I think this soundtrack is more “serious” than the Leon ost you think I am deaf? Wow you are on a whole nother level of stupid. My comment is more subjective but calling someone deaf because of an opinion is amazing. I applaud how idiotic you are.
This soundtrack is a lot more intense than Leons. I also think it's just as intense as the original re2 self destruct soundtrack, that one is also amazing and it's the one I always use when playing Leon's scenario. But with Claire, I stick with this one.
@@lyspec No it wasn't - the canon scenario has always been Claire A, Leon B. The whole reason Leon became a government agent is because they took Sherry into their custody due to her being infected by the G-virus, and blackmailed him into working for them. In Claire's B scenario Sherry doesn't get infected, so none of that happens - meaning RE4 would never have happened in that timeline.
The self destruct system has been activated repeat the self destruct system has been activated this sequence may not be aborted all employees proceed to the emergency car at the bottom platform
I haven't been playing the story mode because all I'm doing is playing as Leon B and going around the RPD with Mr X chasing me around since I already got a 100%
Claire’s felt easy to me, Leon I struggled with because you couldn’t kill the Lickers without wasting a lot of ammo. Claire was given some good guns which made it easy to plow through groups, Leon’s weapons were more for single enemy takedown.
Na... no creo que ni en el remake vaya a tener un ost en especifico. Pero lo que si espero es que hagan un OST en el mercenarios tan bueno o mejor que el de Hunk en el remake del 2.
Honestly I found Leon’s escape music more stressful especially with Mr X following you. Claire only had to deal with the regular enemies until she reached the train
@@FireWolf583 Exactly why Claire's is better, Leon's theme is mainly about him escaping as fast as possible but Claire's theme makes you feel like you must protect sherry as she has a cure or something. I ain't gonna lie Leon vs super tyrant, that slaps
No the canon is a mix of all 4 scenarios same as original game but yes claire a /1st and Leon B/2nd are closest but canonically Claire fights g stage 1 proven by degeneration movie which is canon Leon must have met Marvin seeing as how he has his knife In RE4r the canon was more or less concise with the exception of RE1 then the “remakes” come along and make a mess of it SMH great games not great remakes
