***** The music played in the Lullaby is basically about her and her brother who died in the game and the love for her was a blind devotion that she recognized since they were siblings and the flashbacks shows us that the two were close to each other to the point Alfred mimics his sister in solitude since he misses her after 15 years of absence.
ALL Of Resident Evil Code Veronica X Could Have Been Better Explored! Realize That Capcom Wanted Alfred, Alexia And The Ashfords To Be A Family Of Defected Nazists That Worked For Umbrella, THAT Considering That The Game Is Situated On A Isolated Island On The Extreme South Of South America, Argentina, EASILY A Place Where A Nazi Could Hide And Not Be Found After The Second World War, The Way They Ruled The Islands Before The Outbreak Was Completely Totalitarist, And People Refered To Them As Leaders In Introspective Moments, On The Journals And Files Found Around The Game With Purely Respect Moved By The Fear Of Dying, When Claire Is Captured By The UBCS And Rodrigo In The Beginning Of The Game, One Of Umbrella's Guard Call Her A Random Number Of Names And Words, Instead Of Her Real Name, Just Like The Jew Prisioners In The Concentration Fields On The Second World War, AND Same Thing For The Characters In Game On The Extreme Battle Mode, From Chris To Wesker, IN FACT, Plenty Of Nazi Torture Equipments Can Be Found On The Ashfords Office In Rockfort Islands AND This Game Is The One Who MOSTLY Put Gas Chamber Traps To Kill The Player, THAT Considering The POSSIBLE Incestuous Relationship Of Alfred And Alexia Only Served To Make Them Even Creepier, As The Only "Brothers" Were Not Really Brothers But Actually Genetic Clones Of Each Other, With Alfred Being Created To Be A Soldier, And Alexia, A Scientist, As Things Would Appearently Went Better If Steve Burnside Was Argentine And Named "Esteban Ladoquemado" And If Capcom Give A Explanation Of Why A 17 Years Old Kid Can Fly A Jumbo Plane And Perfectly Fight With Twin Double Machineguns, AND Leave Rodrigo Juan Raval Alive And Let Him Help Chris On His Part Of The Adventure, With Himself Being Playable In Some Part AND In The "Extreme Battle Mode" As Well, As It Was Not Made Clear By Capcom In The Game Itself, But Just Like Hunk Was The Indirect Responsible For Racoon City's Incident, Even If He Didn't Wanted To Cause That, Same Thing With Steve On Rockfort, As When Steve's Mother Was Killed And He Was Arrested With His Father, He Caused A Rebellion On Rockfort's Prison The Day He Was Jailed Just So He Could Escape With His Father, And, Furious, Alfred Might Have Released The T-Veronica Virus On The Island To Punish Steve And The Insurgents For It, Being Him The Only Survivor, This Resident Evil Could Have Been GREATER If It Was Like That And Capcom ALREADY HAD All Of These Concepts Ready, BUT Of Course, As We ALL KNOW, They Didn't Had Any Balls To Move Ahead With This Concept Fully Developed. =/
Ok lets be honest this was fun and challenging. However, that last fight, the fight with the Tyrant on the jet, and running from Steve was annoying as F***.
I managed to beat her in her second form (pre-dragonfly), but with what little ammo I had, save for a decent amount of bow gun ammo, I had to throw the kitchen sink at that psycho. That, and all that was on me was a first aid spray and a green herb. Fun times, though.
It's quite a shame Code Veronica still used the survival horror gameplay of its predecessors despite the clear action game storyline and music, I feel RE5 and RE4's gameplay and style would fit this much better.
A part of me wants to see the RE Engine employed onto a redux of this game. I know many eyes are onto an RE4 Remake, but Code: Veronica got so little attention, and it'd be interesting to see a different perspective of it.
@@maxdresser2526 It would be bad if RE 4 got a remake and Code Veronica didn't, considering this game is the genuine RE 3 planned by Capcom - sequel to 2, prequel to 5. Nemesis only got the number slapped on it due to an additional demand from Sony - the 3 Resident Evil games for the PS1 Capcom agreed to can't be spinoffs, at least not officially.
