The moment Annette tried to convince William she was his wife it makes me feel tragic. Cause this hinted he was still human. But sadly not everyone will see that even failure can be pitiful.
I like these designs (the originals) for G creature stage 2, 3 and 4 way more than the remake ones. The remake made them too grotesque and generic while here they look cooler and more unique. Also fourth stage looks more like a blob thing with a lot of eyes in the remake...
The original looks like his body can hold on by his own, at least until too much damage breakdown his body structure in G5. But the remake version made him pink, messy and fleshy like a newborn or recently repaired skin, indicating that he won't even be able to resist much firepower at all, let alone fight like he did.
The best way to put it is Resident Evil Shakey Camera Edition, cuz that’s the true struggle other than bosses. I wanna know who thought it was a good idea to apply that for a gun entry versus games like House of the Dead and Time Crisis keeping it on a steady to average pace.
This game look awesome but still make me wanna puke. (literally) The camera seems to be moving with the step. i'm getting dizzy just by looking at it lol
Absolutely, the shaky cam is the main complaint about this game and why it also got low reviews despite being praised for the story and soundtrack. No one wants to believe me when I say that the shaky cam made me shoot all over the place and I get plenty of hate for that, but people have 0 complaints about my accuracy in Umbrella Chronicles and even other rail shooters like the House of the Dead series because they don't have any shaky cam at all. Plus I barely upgraded my guns, probably just one upgrade for each category, and there are tons of upgrades. Technically for smoother runs you're supposed to farm a certain level over and over again before advancing through the story for gun upgrades, but I didn't do that.
Played this for the Wii, and the shaky cam made it so difficult to shoot even tho it's easier to aim with the wiimote. I had a hard time with this boss. Great game anyway, graphics are surprisingly good for being the wii.
Agreed. Had CAPCOM then consulted with SEGA during the development of this game and not implementing the shakycam the game would sell better. Also I don't like how in chronicles games important background items and secrets can be easily missable because they almost never stop and unlike the house of the dead games they move too fast. Idk if i forget but there is a stop in place button but still it's awkward.
Ah it was in this game I should have known, although tbf other than the bone being pure white in this I painted that mini pretty dang accurately, seeing this I'm even happier with how it turned out
getting perfect aim on this on PlaystationNow on PC with an Xbox One controller was a nightmare for boss fights where the camera is constantly shaking and the area you need to hit is super small.

Not only is William the only thing challenging, but the real challenge is the damn shakey camera effects. You could barely get a clear shot on the weak points. Fun game for its genre, but the camera is like on the level of “What were they thinking?!” or “Who thought this was a good idea?!”.

This game is a pain in the ass with a reg wii remote or a controller .. it’s possible but annoying always wanted to try the motion sensor guns for these games ... I bet it would be so much smoother
