I’ve been using the term “track and screen dusting “ so that customers don’t think they’re getting some crazy white glove track cleaning service, they have to pay extra for that 😅😉!

Really enjoy all of your videos working my way through them all! What size squeegees and Tbar would you recommend for small to medium size residential and commercial to start? What size are you using in this video? I am putting together a list of all tools I need to order strating from scratch. I have a disability due to a car accident and just want to work part time just keep it small just cant sit around do nothing and give up. Great video. I notice you use a bottle to wet your mop. If your mop gets dirty, I assume you have a bucket handy to wash your mop?

Can you give us some price ranges for your area of your packages?

In general for inside and out I do $3 for small panes. $4 for med. panes and $5 for large panes. Then $6 for each large sliding doors. Then on the premium raise the prices, I look at how dirty the tracks are and all that stuff. and how long I think it will take me. Obviously it really depends on the area. If im in green valley which is a retirement area where I do a lot of cleanings, I cant charge as much as if I was doing a really nice house in Tucson. But thats just a general rule for me. Then I can just walk around the house and add up all the panes and get a price.

Palmer Professional Services1 second ago Well lets say for a certain house I decide the basic package would be $80. The Deluxe would be around $140 and the Premium anywhere from $200-$250 depending on how dirty the tracks are and how long it would take to vacuum them out. Lots of factors.

out of curiosity, on the basic package, you have to take the screen out anyway, why not just do a quick dusting to it?

That's what I ended up doing is just doing a quick brushing of the screens. To tell you the truth since I have started my business about 8 months ago I have only had like 2 people get the basic. Everyone wants their windows cleaned inside and out.

I'd like to know more about ur vacuum, i vacuum out tracks but don't do it wet due to my vacuum which ic powerful but not a wet/dry one. Anything you can recommend to do a better job?

I noticed a few words misspelled on your form, from experience folks don't respond to well when they see improper grammar on a professional document. At the top Superior and at the bottom Accept. Hope that helps brother

Good eye. My bad. I changed my form up and typed one out real quick for the video and must have just over looked it. It hasn't gone out to any customers yet. I still have a lot of copies of my old forms. But ill make sure to do a good edit before I make copies. Thanks for the help

Luis Salazar sorry but had to make a smart ass observation...in your attempt to correct Jordan's grammar you said "folks don't respond to well..." The correct grammar would be "too," not "to." Haha just having fun. Jordan. Thanks for these videos. I literally just launched my own window washing business a week ago. I'm SLOW right now haha. How long did it take you to get up to par with your speed and what would you estimate an average sized job (maybe 40 or 50 panes) should take? Any pointers on increasing efficiency? Thanks again!

On your quote sheet, at the bottom, it should say "accept" not exept. Just trying to be helpful. Love the form otherwise.

Yeah thanks, I noticed that and changed it. I typed up this form pretty quick for the video. I appreciate you letting me know that. Still using my older forms, but once those run out I will do a good edit before any customers see them.
