Residents relieved but vigilant as overflow threat subsides at Wahiawa Dam 

Despite the flood threat subsiding for Oahu, people who live in Otake Camp in Waialua remain vigilant. That's because their homes would likely get flooded if water overflows Wahiawa Dam.
