Train with me today with this 3rd follow along loop band workout! 😃
Loop bands are a very useful and versatile piece of equipment to have at home. Just make sure you have a variety of band resistance (light, medium and heavy) for progression and to target different muscle groups.
Each exercise is 20 seconds on 10 seconds (30 seconds of between each set)
There are 2 parts repeated 3 times
Use a light band for smaller muscle groups or if you are a beginner and medium to heavier bands for large muscle groups or if you are more advanced.
Some exercises have scaled options make sure to choose the right one for you. You can start harder and finish with the easier option to keep good technique.
