Hi guys! I have for you a resistance loop band home workout.
Resistance loop bands are great to continue building strength, muscles and stamina. If your gym is closed and you don't have equipments I would suggest investing in those long loop bands, they're quite cheap and long lasting. Those bands provide greater resistance towards the end range of the movement which maximises muscle growth and strength. So if you don't have dumbbells or barbells those are great alternatives.
The video first demonstrates each movement with techniques guidelines then you can follow along the workout (20 secs on, 10 secs off then 30 secs off each round).
