This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ru-vid.comUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

You really got a burn from this workout I used to compete in bodybuilding when I was younger and have a lot of back injuries so I've had to go to band workouts and body weight workouts and I loved this
AH-MAZING workout!!! Even with a slender frame I have curves due to my hip to waist ratio. My hip flexors are very weak but THIS workout really challenged me. It’s exactly what I was looking for! I get a cardio/thigh/and banded butt lifting workout-in-1. Thank you!!! 😊

Thanks so much Nicole. I'm glad I found your channel. I'm pretty advanced but needed a change in my typical very heavy leg workouts at the gym - plus I have 2 ruptured discs in my lower back. I've done 2 of your leg workouts back-to-back and my oh my, my hammies are screaming! Please make an inner thigh workout next!

Don’t do this workout if you have bad knees. It’s terrible!!! She makes you get on and off they floor like 20 times. I prefer to do all my mat exercises then do all the standing ones. Otherwise it is unnecessary stress on your knees and just plain annoying. Stand up 10 reps and back down to the ground for 10 and repeat repeat. No thanks. I just started doing squats to get the 15 mins in.
