hi - do u have a resistance band workout for chest + back (to complement this one covering arms + shoulders on alternate days). Or if u can suggest a combo of chest+ back exercises - then I can make out a schedule for myself. I really like the way you combine them and it really burns up the muscles in short intense time

I've noticed that most of the small loop band vids I've seen are aimed at a female audience. I'm a male senior citizen, very out of shape and starting to have arthritis problems. I bought a set of small loop bands and am about to get started with them. You can't beat them for convenience, portability and affordability. Maybe most guys consider these small bands to be not macho enough, LOL. Oh, and have a second counter on the screen is extremely helpful; thanks again.

I can see why you have lots of subscribers. This is the first workout from your videos, it is a great workout. When you said “don’t do this”, I was always doing the exact posture you told us not to do as if you could see through!

This is amazing. It's my first attempt to work on my upper body now. I had to use light resistance band and it was still hard to complete the whole workout but it was worth it and I enjoyed it!! Definitely going to explore your channel. 😊 And videos like this one just give me a great motivation as well so thank you for that!! 👌🏻

Great video, well presented , great selection of exercises, great help to ease shoulder tendonitis. the pace on the video is a bit quick because I like to do more reps at a slower pace but you can easily pause it at any time and do more reps at your own pace. great emphasis on posture during the exercise. cheers.

Great mini band workout! I love these mini bands. I honestly had to go with the lowest resistance and then I really felt the burn. I will use this workout again. Thanks so much!!
Oh my, sooo heavy! My left shoulder was screaming so much thta I had to stop twice and it still is! And such a heavy one all without going to the floor or on your knees!
Thanks a bunch! I have a trigger point in my left shoulder blade that flares up now and again. Is this safe to do with that? So far it's really helping, but just wanted to make sure.
