I dont usually comment but I have to say this was one of the best workout I have ever done. Made me really realise the importance of time under tension rather than just doing reps. Although this workout was super short compared to my usual workouts, the fatigue was tougher on this one. This vid was really eye opening so I want to say thank you! Also I'm not sure if it was intentional but the timing of the isolated biceps exercise was perfect because just before going into it all my other muscle groups were pretty workout but I felt like I needed a bit more for my biceps. And the isolated bicep came in perfect timing. Also the ending with holding the bicep under tension was amazing. I'll most likely be using these workouts while working out at home. Once again thank you for sharing this video!!!

Actually facing the floor really helps engage all over the back when lifting the arms up so that all the back muscles are working even harder when you’re doing the pull down. You can do this better if you anchor the band onto a door or something and do the pull down from there 😄👊
Hi Alex! Do you have a video on strengthening the ankle? I loved your knee strengthening video the other day and am going to try phase 1 soon. I also have chronic tendonitis in one of my ankles that has pain travelling up the side of my leg to my knee. Do you have any tips or suggestions for strengthening and easing pain there? Thanks a ton!
This was great! I am not a total beginner to working out, but I find myself having a lot of trouble focusing on the areas in this workout, especially when I am at the gym on my own. This was great to follow along with and push myself! Especially appreciated the commentary about areas of focus and position. Will definitely be checking out more workouts of his :)

Hello Alex, I spotted your workout plan using the bands and started to take you up on it, I work away the majority of the time so these workouts are perfect for me in my hotel room, just downloaded your app but I can not find any band workout on there, is it only your RU-vid channel where you do these? Very impressed so far though pal really feel the difference!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Hey Glen thanks so much buddy! Glad you like these workouts and that you like the app so far. The HomeFit plan is mainly Bodyweight only yeh. The app doesn’t contain band workouts yet, but with the launch of my bands I’ll be launching a band plan on the app too, so lookout for that next year.
