Been doing this workout about twice a week, I really see the results in my arms. Can you tell, what is the size of your band? I'm struggling to find the one that suits me best in terms of resistance difficulty.

Can you show us the right way to work up for a lady especially on 38 age like me 😂😂 I'm working as nurse at Malaysia but I can't go to a gym as usual like I'm bachelor because when I'm on off I still need to pay attention for the kids too. So do you right way to keep fit as long as it's easy to follow.. thanks
Not sure about starting with overhead extensions........ compromised elbow position, and both elbows and shoulders are cold after that short warm up. Exercises 2 or 3 would have been much healthier to start with in my opinion. But enjoyed the video all the same :)

Really good. Much harder than I thought it would be! Concentration curl felt like a little bit of a rest at the end there, so I may need to adjust that!
Could anyone help me with the bicep curl posture? I'm not being able to keep my back straight and while curling I can feel that my back is taking the tension (partially) instead of the biceps (completely). Also I'm unable to do the curl while keeping the elbow stationary. It invariably keeps moving. Any help would be appreciated
Perhaps you would benefit from stronger core muscles?💁♂️ Try doing some ab work 3-4 times a week and see if it helps. I find I can lift more weight when my core is in shape.💪
