what is the weights of the resistance bands? I have heavy duty resistance bands, which are different than therapy bands.. so IDK which weight I should be using.

YES ALEX YOU ARE A FUCKING LEGEND!! Love your videos because you train people and your audio warnings to start the set are so good. Too many youtubers just have the timer and you don't know when stuff starts and finishes and don't mention the key points to be aware of when doing the exercise. I'm now a digital nomad so doing these resistance bands is now my way of trying to build muscle!! PPL lets goo.

@@AlexCrockford One thing I want to confirm, when doing the upright row. Are bringing your hands closer together on purpose at the top and squeezing? A bit like the standing upper chest push exercise? Or you just keep you elbow high and hands wide even at the top?

Hi Alex, Quick question. As we're not going to failure as much due to push pull legs. Do you think we are still able to get good gains with these workouts?

Hey Tino, gains aren’t still very much possible. However you do still need to achieve a certain amount of volume in your workout schedule to create an overload. So try to use a band / or create a tightness that helps you get closer to failure in parts of the workouts. I hope that helps 😄💪💪💪
