sitting posture for neck pain. There are several components to neck hurts when i look down. One resource I discovered that succeeds in merging these is the Neck Mender Blueprint (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the most incredible plan that I've heard of. Shes got tense shoulders? its probably because the head neck back relationship has been compromised, you have to let the neck be free.

Your voice saved my life. When I was diagnosed with an illness I couldn't sleep at all for weeks. I searched everywhere for calmness videos but nothing came about. Thank you, Athena! I have scoliosis and I have had a herniated lumbar disc in the past and physical therapy saved my life! It's so true that we can focus on physical therapy and exercises before pain meds to resolve some pain issues.

Wow, this is so amazing!! I felt instant relief. I always knew muscle memory and the way we think or visualise ourselves proprioceptively can determine our posture. Someone like me who is more anxious will always tighten up the shoulders. And it doesn't matter how weak or strong your muscles are. Like me, I do powerlifting and I have strong muscles and ligaments, but they are just now working synchronically, and given work and life stresses I can get all sorts of unexplained muscle spasms, even irritable bowel issues... So grateful for this video
