Suffered from chronic neck pain for the last 6 years. I’ve tried everything: trying every style of pillow, supplements, muscle stimulation/TENS, and acupressure. I’m on day 3 in a row of doing this and I haven’t had ANY pain or migraines. The first night it felt as if my muscles just melted. It might be early but man I can’t get over how good my neck feels!
I did these exercises this morning and I will do them again this evening. It feels so good to stretch! I really appreciate you sharing your skill set with all of us

Some of you might be frustrated because nothing works but give it a time. The recovery can be longer but worth it. i attended PT due to neck pain, tightness and clicking sound when I walk or even when I turn my head. I did all the stretches every single day. It was a slow process but I am freed by my neck issues. Thanks to God

Ear to Shoulder with over pressure really sorted out my neck discomfort. Years of discomfort sorted in 3 sets of day 1. This is day 3 of the stretches and I have more energy. Its crazy. Diet has not changed, cardio the same, though its improving as a result of the sleeping better. I am even struggling to wake up in the morning, it feels like I took sleeping tablets, though I have not taken any sleeping aids. Nice feeling though. Who doesn't want to sleep a bit longer each morning?

I was having constant neck and shoulder pain, so I tried these exercises yesterday and the pain is almost gone! What a relief! Repeated the exercises tonight and will definitely continue using these! Do you maybe have a video on good posture or something? Like at a desk or in a car? I think that’s where my pain comes from and I’d love to treat the cause!

Neck to side stretch: I've been told not to push my lower ear towards my shoulder, but to lift the upper ear as high as possible and tilt it as far as possible to the opposite side (the down ear side). It may look the same, but it extends, rather than compresses, the neck and feels much better to me.
I have struggled for years with pain! Tried medicine and chiropractors...your channel is an answer to my prayer! SO HELPFUL! Thank you for putting these stretches out so people can get relief! I've shared this video with a family member and watched several of your other videos. All helpful!

Ooo wee these are good 🫶🏾 The one with the pillowcase is a game changer for me. I had a “pop” in my neck and in my shoulder from old injuries and regular neck rotations were too much and felt unsustainable. The neck strengthen exercises plus the stretches are super helpful. My neck was alright this morning then all of a sudden I had neck pain trying to turn my neck to the right. I did these exercises and it helped so much. I hardly even noticed the pain for the rest of the day. Will do again this evening

Omg you don’t know how much I appreciate all that you are sharing...I was in a car crash early November and I sustain whiplash only on the right side of my shoulder and neck and head...I am getting physical therapy but I don’t why i feel like I’m not getting better or relief. This is very similar stretch that my doctor was treated for my reverse cervical curve. now i have no pain on my neck and head, but i was always wondering how muscle works in this stretch. Thanks to you, i finally understand how it works. Great Video

I have a headache right now only right side of my head is paining and i belive it is that some of the nerve gets pinched in my right neck right below my ear lobe ... And i have a very bad headache

FINALLY SOMEONE WHO EXPLAINS the chin tuck in DETAIL! And the foam roller exercise I was trying to do on a difficult not big enough for my height foam roller; it was SO painful!
I had a very bad neck pain due to bad sleep posture i woke up and was not able to move my neck than i found these stretches what a life safer i did it and woke up the next day and the pain was like 90% gone !! Thank you so much you are the best 💯

I have done chin tuck for sometime and it helped me a lot but recently within few years so many doctors and professors kept saying never do chin tucks and ear to shoulder stretches. I am so confused.

I have really painful cervical dystonia (head tremors) and these neck stretches helps a lot. I work at a rehab clinic and do these all the time. Thanks for the detail explanation as well as the visual, good tool to have.
EXCELLENT ! ! ! I have constant neck pain. I've had three cervical surgeries with plating, wires, screws. I do these exercises carefully and they help me in a big way. Better movement, better posture, and much less pain. I get a good "crack" using the roller and this is my go to for neck and thoracic pain. KUDOS Doc. ! ! !
Hello sir, sir whenever I rotate my neck from left to right so I feel pain in right side neck, some days before I was gone to my local physiotherapist he said me some problem in your neck spasm.. so sir from your point of view why it is happening and what i do now... Please reply..

Do you know if tennis elbow symptoms can be caused by neck strain? My physio thinks this is the case for me, the tennis elbow symptoms came a couple months before any neck pain. Tennis elbow only hurts during exercise, never lasts beyond that. Neck pain caused by tensing neck (anxiety) and tending during weightlifting, but it occurs at random times if I’m sitting down and there are weeks where it’s basically constant. Also this vid is great help! I improved posture and neck hurts way less. I thought I had okay posture for my neck for months… but I didn’t realise having shoulders back plays a huge role in neck pain! Guessing it helps support the upper traps or something.
