The high frequency oscillation from the circuit messes with any electronic devices near by, like you said it effects the computer. I have built similar circuits and when I powered them the monitor on my computer would turn off. At first i thought it was because I was running it from my bench supply and the monitor was on the same circuit, but even when I ran it from a battery it would still turn my monitor off, you could hear the relay inside the monitor clicking on and off, and you could also hear the circuit on the breadboard squealing, same way you can hear a high pitch whine from a camera flash unit when it's charging up, they use a similar oscillator circuit.
Hi Sav: Thank you for sharing this beautiful experiment and design and thanks for sharing the wiring diagram. Your videos are always very clear and informative. As we know any wire of length L will resonate at its natural frequency. Did you try to calculate L1's natural frequency? it is Fr=299000000/Length of L1 in meter; will give you resonance frequency of that wire, no capacitors are connected to the coil. Also, since the coil will have resistance and capaitance, so it will affect the natural frequency as calculated with the equation above. These are very critical calculations, specially when it comes to parasatic capacitance and resistance. I build Nicola's and Don's and combined them in a way that it needs a starting pulse and then external source is removed. My system works great but it has limited power of about 18 watts. Did not have time to do more experiment but I will. Again, you did a lot of work in confirming this set up and other tidious work is to put the video on RU-vid. Great work my friend. Hi friend. Everything you write is correct. Don’t forget, it’s a self oscillating system here. LC is only the primary coil. You have to change the capacitor there for the right resonance of the secondary. Yes it is a wave length resonance. See US patent 454622 of Nikola Tesla.
thermodynamics represent a misunderstanding of energy as it assumes that work is the product of any form of physical resistance resulting in a a division of infinite zero until a point where everything halts to a sudden and complete stop and reach a state of equalibrium. this is not what energy is. all forms of energy are reversible but need a concept of resonance and amplification to be understood.
What you are trying to demonstrate is that the higher the antena the more energy it can take Frome the atmosphere or the ionosphere. Is that the case pleas let me know. Do you have telegram or Facebook??
If you disconnect the wire going to the bulb (the ground one or the other) the consuming power remains the same!!!!! That is because the coils are tuned to the standing waves. If you disconnect the device from the ground then it is not working any more.
