Thank you soooo much, I missed you!!! I love the simple and understandable way you explain what’s happening. I’m hearing such different descriptions about what’s going on-from “this surge is almost as bad as the original Omicron surge” to “things are getting more predictable and better.”

Happy to see you back! I've been reading about the effects of near infared light on the immune system. Winter season corresponds with reduced environmental nir. Totally divorced from vacced or non. Food for thought.
Ehen taken correct time and dose, it does help aspects of the virus. - so that would be taken if exposed or immediately a symptom shows, and AFTER covid . No help during cytokine storm. Take with some fatty food, not on empty stomach. Doses depend on weight and severity. ( as per my own experiences in Africa)
Love to hear that there hasn’t been that much flu near you! Definitely seeing different geographic regions seeing different amounts of flu. Have had a whole bunch of cases where we work!
