“That chemo life” it’s crazy how casual you are about this❤️

It's not coffee this evening, but a wonderful bowl of chicken soup has taken the edge off of the long, frenetic, and tiring day. I've only been able to take a look at today's offering almost a whole day after its upload. Although it was a long and hard day, handing out candy to trick or trick or treaters here in our expat village enabled me to "have a reset" on my day and throw away the tired negativity that was crowding everything out. Children dressed as dinosaurs, pirates, princesses, and superheroes tend to make me smile... and I needed that. You know what I saw today... Real men walk to the fire and not away from it. There was a quiet resolute feeling throughout the vlog today. I can really relate to how love was shown here. Noisy love and its exuberant joy usually fills rooms with laughter and roasts, but today was all about soft and gentle words and acts. There is nothing more important than a father helping his son with a hospital gown or a mother engaging in a long, silent, walking embrace. These simple acts of love are the foundations of real strength. Although real men stand in the face of fear, you have shown that a real man can lie down in a noisy tube with nothing but himself and those terrifying thoughts. Real men don't flee from fear, but know it and walk with it. They walk with loved ones and grow in quiet strength and wisdom. Fear is still there, but it can't smother love and light. Walk in the quiet light of love and strength... Keep on keepin' on.

stay strong, Wil! Nice to see how your parents support you. You're lucky to have a supportive family. Hope you show them your appreciation although, i've seen lots of them in some of your videos. I can see the sadness in your mother's eyes, or worry perhaps. But you turn those sadness around once you're in your usual element.

My son laughed when u whisper he thought u were hiding from. Somebody..u still make us smile as of we traveled somewhere magical..stress free.

I've had a couple of MRI and 1 CAT scan. I didn't remember having the CAT scan since I was too focused on pain at the time so my eyes were just closed the whole time. In my experience with the MRI, I just got annoyed/aggravated because I was just too itchy and I can't move at all (cue Alodia's "FORBIDDEN") because they told me I shouldn't move also because they told me I can sleep but it's impossible to sleep when I'm a side sleeper. In my 2nd/3rd MRI, I snuck in a few finger movements because I was itchy. I figured that I would scratch only after 10 seconds after the beeps(I'm just guessing that that's when they'll take the 'picture'). When I faced the doctor for the results of the 'picture' of the MRI, he didn't even mention any anomaly with my picture despite my had movements.

I pray God brings you through kid. Had my tumor, kidney,and two lymphs taken friday. Got a good prognosis. Hope yours is as well. Blessings to you and your family. All grace to God.
