Rest! - New Colony (2017) 

🎵 Welcome to My Channel of Gaming Soundscapes! 🎮
This track was originally made for the jam game Insynth, a rhythmic game about jumping buildings. The game needed a variety of musical styles, so with the help of other composers, we made a bunch of electronic-heavy rhythmic tracks, so, the levels have a grounded sense of rhythm and the players have variety.
The game came 9th in the final voting count of the Music Game Jam.
The sense of space and rhythmic progression created gives the track its name. As each composer had a very particular style and we wanted the game to have more of a rhythmic licensed-catalog vibe, the music fits very well although the game did not have an outer spatial aesthetic.
This was the second track made for the game, it was supposed to be the main menu song. But sadly, the game never got a full release outside of the jam.
