Ingredients:
For Chicken:
Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder: 1 Tsp
Chili Powder: 1 Tbsp
Garam/Chicken Masala: 1 Tsp
Pepper Powder: 1 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tsp
Curd: 2 Tbsp
Lemon Juic: 1 Tsp
Oil: 1 Tbsp
Salt
For Kuboos:
Yeast: 1 Tsp
Sugar: 1 Tbsp
Warm Water: 5 TBSP
Maida: 1 Cup (250 ml)
Oil: 1 Tsp
Salt
Water as needed
Oven Instructions:
Preheat oven at 200 C ( 385 F ) in Bake Mode for 40 Mins
Sauce:
Mix Mayonnaise & Tomato Ketchup Together. ( 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise & 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup)
Vegetables:
Cut Onions
for better taste make pickle using the below vegetables.
Keep Cucumber, Carrot, Green Chili
(boil water, rice vinegar and salt. Mix it in the vegetables and keep it in a tight container. you can use it next day)
Add hot chili sauce on top of chicken if you like.
