Assalam o Alaikum dr sb Same problem i am facing from years.And initially when i got this problem it took 2 years to diagnose my problem bec every dr dont understand this problem and in my case it was due to lack of iron.And in my case i dont feel anything in winter but in summer it get worse.
so wrape your legs around with dupatta or something. It should help Inshallah. Someone in the comment said to take a little ajwain before going to sleep

Suffering for years, and for me it is genetic from my paternal side. We all brother and sisters have this problem. Dried pomegranate seeds juice made by soaking them in water for an hour and then grind them,, works like magic.
2 to 3 tablespoon dried anaardana, wash it to remove dust etc, then soak in 1 glass water for 1 to 2 hours. Then grind it mixer jug.
