This is a hand held mixer the motor I hope is powerful. Those are bread hooks. Good for soft dough like brioche or cookies. For serious bread making the engine would have to be a beast. I really like resorations of food processing equipment.

The beaters on that mixer are called dough hooks and are meant to mix bread dough. He needs a regular set of beaters for all other things.
