I was just like that when I was at his age full of energy and to me working on car wasn't working was fun; fixing cars painting them cutting in half and getting them back in working order was the best! I miss those days! Good job Jack
Fantastic. For all you who just had to leave negative comments, go troll somewhere else. That was a fantastic save for that car. We are lucky to have talented people still around in this industry. I have a perfect 2010 Toyota Rav4 Limited that I have worked hard and spent the time and money to make it last forever for me. I love my Rav4 and a U-Haul truck rear-ended me. U-Haul insurance wanted to total it and give me $7k less than it was worth. I found a shop that would repaire it for what the insurance would give me. It turned out perfect and I have my Rav4 back! They were artist's and I got to come see them work on it! So I am thankful these kind of shops can be found!
You realize that all manufacturers have repair procedures that allow for this major of a structural repair right? Most of the time it's not worth it financially but it's a very possible repair.
A repair that has been crash tested unlike OEM repair procedures which aren't. I've done a lot of these repairs and would not have an issue with my family riding in that car.
The wrecked back end was then rejoined to a wrecked front end to make a completely wrecked car. Seriously your skills are amazing. I'm amazed at the transformation each time I see these videos!

It should not be on the streets again. This is dangerous and stupid. Sell it for scrap and buy a new car if that person values the life of themselves and their family.🫣👎🏼
Actually, that bit isn't very difficult at all. Most cars share the same general layout. The thing that stands out here is the skill and proper workmanship. The repair is done very well and results in a safe car.
I watch one of these videos once a day. It's unbelievable the way this guy saves wrecked automobiles and puts them back together. You caint even tell they have been smashed
Great work for sure, I hope the new owners have this information disclosed to them, before buying a car that was sliced in half and then repaired. Imagine being T-Boned After a repaid like this, Your better half would be elsewhere. 😂😂
Most manufacturers have repair procedures for this kind of repair. It's no different than replacing structural pieces or a wrinkled floor pan, only the back half was already assembled with factory welds. This car is just as safe as new.
@@vinylmotivations yeah i used be the type thinking "it's only supposed to be welded once at the factory and never again" but late common sense came to me.... if they do it with the correct instructions , it might as well be at the factory , effectively
С большим удовольствием смотрю ролики этого мастера с большой буквы очень позитивный юноша, смотришь и кажется за эти минуты он справился с этой работой,а на самом деле знаю что не так, удачи вам ребята
While interesting to watch. I wonder about the safety of the vehicle after the repair and will never look at a wreck on a car fax the same way. Just because you can bend it back, should you?
This guy is good, I have been following his videos.I just hope he is passing his skills to someone else so that when he's not around the job keeps going
So that the other scammy mechanic can take over? This car is not structurally sound. Every rear bump will result in catastrophic failure of the frame and endanger the passengers
Yeah remember it being a big thing in the 90s two right off cars, the back of one and front of the other welded back together, then they’d break in two again on impact on in. Minor collision, there where ads on tv about cut and shuts because so many dodge people where doing them
Incredible natural eyelid eye protection and finger tip skin protection when using spot welder. I thought it was a bit wimpy to have a guard on the angle grinder.
For those that are in the know...why did they stretch the back out just to cut it off later? Were they aligning something on the car that is forward of the cutoff section?

Good job sir , let the people who crying cry , each country has his own rules about safety . You doing a better job then most european countries with advanted machine and tools. ✌️👍👏 keep it up
I can see both ends of that. On one hand side it’s sort of a sketchy repair method (but well done nonetheless) but on the other hand there’s less fortunate people who need a car. The only issue I have is if these repairs aren’t disclosed. I don’t know the system in china or wherever this country is.
Brilliant what they're managing to achieve - but can't helping noticing the complete lack of safety gear , like glasses and gloves for welding, grinding , drilling etc
@@beachnagger9723 to think, this gentleman in the video outperformed all the youtube wanna be's with a hammer and a spray can, zero safety equipment, and he didnt get hurt. Must be a magic trick
