I don't know if it's better than the Altus, I tried them both and Acera M360 kinda sluggish shifting for me, And the Altus M310 good shifting, Well kinda depends how hard the spring is.

Felicidades por ese esfuerzo en recuperar esa bicicleta vieja, me anima a restaurar la mia, pero recuerdo que saldria muy costoso hacerlo por el valor de los repuestos y herramientas. Para eso compraria una bici nueva. Pero un gran trabajo hiciste.

@@zuksy3615 If you search, for example, "mtb handlebar Wake" on Amazon, you'll find an assortment from flat to risers, and they also seem to make stems and other small bits. There are also a bunch of what I assume are the same bars with a different brand on them for the same price. I'm getting around $23 CAD when I look, so that would be well under $20 USD. I've seen quite a few of these bike restorers use Wake products and haven't heard any complaints yet, so I am eager to try some this season.

Shimano is always the good parts if you want to buy quality parts for cheap and its also everywhere which increases your chances of fixing your bike!

He buys a new bike take off some of good parts from it , he replaces the good parts with junk yard old rusty parts, then he put dust,mud on tge whole bike, take photos and with some photoshop technics , the bike look very old. Then he starts cleaning it, painting the frame and putting the new parts he saved in the begining for a fake final result. This guy is very smart to come up with this idea .
