Restoration Rusty Old Motorcycle JAWA - 1960s two stroke engine Abandoned Broken Legend Repairing Hi there! Here's a next part of our super-project "JAWA" Enjoy to watch! And don't forget to subscribe us, we'll be realy thankful!
This restoration is a true labor of love! It's incredible to see how you've transformed this motorcycle from a rusty relic to a shining masterpiece. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is truly impressive 👏
Man ur job is amazing too good never seen that level of detailing in any restoration videos...I am hoping u will complete this project soon and upload the videos as soon as possible 🤩🤩. Best wishes from India😊
Lots of work done on this fuel tank. First, electrolytic cleaning, and then plating the side caps and painting them in stages. Accurate job, congratulations and best regards 😀.
@@mercedesbenzw123enthusiast7 Hello, spray chrome plating, whether with a ready-made aerosol or a specialized pressurized device, is just a less perfect equivalent of this activity performed by electrolysis (!). The chemical names of the preparations used are not given in the video! For this reason, it is difficult to precisely determine their chemical composition. Please contact the creators of this program for help. I will only suggest that the spray method is unstable and it is necessary to apply a high-quality clearcoat. Regards 😀.
Hello! My grandpa still has his JAWA 250 from 50's in very good shape. Those bikes are legends. It was frirst motorcycle I tried to drive when I was around 15 yrs old. Damn, it felt heavy 😄 Great restoration series, greetings from Czech republic!
My favourite bike, untiring dependable horse, after engine heats up it become smooth . I have toured entire South India . Now I am 80 and that stamina in body is not their to handle 190 kgs bike weight. But I like to shine and keep it for my memories sake. It is part and parcel of my life.
Assalamualaikum my name is Md. Toha Chowdhury. I am an independent Bangladeshi citizen. Masha Allah, I like your video and engine works very much. I want to do and learn these things. But sadly I never got that chance. I watch your videos regularly.
These bike's usually had a very hard life now very rare as are the MZ's, they were "cheap and cheerful" not seen any since the mid 90's, fantastic resto job, and love the tank, and great skill on show! love the content and the beautiful camera shots at the end!
It is imposible to this kind of brand motorcycle for I have seen it long time when I was a child. Only senior and rich man owned one. It reminded me about "Jawa" a large island in the western of Bali , Indonesia. And the process pf restoration is amazing. It needs a lot of materials and tools and of course power and skill. Thank you for the nice video, I love it very much. Keep uploading 👍👍
The only part of this I wasn’t liking as much was how fast you zoomed over the rusted tank. Maybe slow that down in the future. I think the recap is cool but when you get to the stuff working on, slow down so it’s easier to enjoy. Now the whole experience is killer! I’m truly blown away and glad to have stumbled on this channel! I’m now subscribed & looking forward to seeing this finished & the new rebuilds!
From a rust bucket to a new look was brilliant. Would love to have seen the whole java restored and running. Good to see you wearing the masks while doing the restoration, even outside.
Bro , You are an artist !!! You take so much care and pride in your work you are just amazing. Thank you for letting us be part of all the wonderful things in your shop, I'm always looking forward to see what your videos and your new art. Good for you best wishes and many blessings.
That was truly amazing and really cool to watch! I've restored many Harleys over the last 40 years, but I've never touched the chroming or body work. I send those out, but I do everything else (engine rebuild, rewiring, frame rebuild/repair, etc.) but seeing you do it so flawlessly and beautifully, I'm learning that next! It will only take me 50 years to match your work but I learned something new today, that will be used in the future! Nice job and I subscribed to the channel from this video! I've passed on many Harleys in way better condition than the jawa but seeing you bring it back to life (and probably better quality than originally) makes me rethink it! This was truly beautiful work! I'll also add in that I was born and raised in the good ole USA and I've only ever cared about Harley and Indian restorations. I've never heard of a jawa before, and until today, a jawa to me was a cute little short rodent-like natives of Tatooine, riding around in their huge sandcrawler transports.
Tank job was not good he should be use hammer or other to remove dent. If this was good then why he work hard for this just replace part with new one and done
