This winch is frequently used in Japan to tie down securely heavy truck loads for transport. Usually in the construction industry. Very efficient tool.

I've got the same chain hoist. I have taken it apart because it freefalls with a load on it. I'm guessing it's the clutch pack maybe. Any thoughts?
