This week's class is an hour long RESTORATIVE YOGA practice.
Restorative yoga is all about REST (it's in the name 😉).
During this practice we explore different positions of comfort and hold there for 10+ minutes at a time. The intention is to soothe the nervous system and it can become very meditative 🙏
The use of props is very helpful in the long holds: pillows, blankets, cushions, bolsters, blocks, eye pillows, anything you have!
